Gblobal Biofuels Center (hereinafter referred to as GBC) sets forth the terms and conditions by which GBC members and visitors may obtain and use information, products and materials provided by or on behalf of GBC.
- MEMBERS are required to provide registered username and password information, issued by GBC, to gain access to our member only content and services. By using our web site you agree to all user restrictions, rules, copyrights, and confidentiality standards. Members may, on an ad hoc basis, include limited portions of information copyrighted by GBC in its memoranda, reports or presentations if such use of copyrighted information is expressly attributed to GBC.

GBC agrees to allow companies with current membership status and its assigns access to its information, products, and materials, which may be retransmitted internally within the member’s company. MEMBERS SHALL NOT ALLOW ANY COPYRIGHTED INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR MATERIALS OF ANY KIND FROM GBC TO BE USED, COPIED, OR RETRANSMITTED EXTERNALLY AND OUTSIDE LICENSEE COMPANY WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION OF GBC OR ITS ASSIGNS.
- Non-Members
How we collect and use personal information Registering for membership with GBC gives you access to all the site’s information and features. The only information required is your name, title, company, address, city, country, ZIP/postal code, phone, and email address. With your approval, we occasionally will send e-mail to notify you about important changes to the site, new services, and membership information.
- How we protect your personal information
All personal data you enter on GBC web site is encrypted with secure server software (SSL) that encodes the information before your Web browser software sends it to us. The SSL software decodes the data only after it reaches our server, meaning hackers can’t snatch any of your personal information while it is in transit. Once the data reaches our site, the same state-of-the-art security software we use to guard all of our company’s essential business data protects your personal data as well.
In addition to using the most secure technology available, we work tirelessly to make sure that we use any information you provide us only in ways you have approved. We do not participate in releasing any of your information to a third party.

It is mutually agreed that all information gathered by or received from GBC, i.e.: business materials, business concepts, business plans, client lists, financial data and materials, and all other business information and materials shared by and between Licensee and GBC’s web site, shall remain STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and shall not be transmitted to a third party in any form whatsoever without the express written consent of the affected party.
- Obtaining Your Consent
By using our Web site, you give GBC permission to collect information about the pages served to you as an anonymous user for the purpose of calculating aggregate site statistics. If you register with GBC, you authorize GBC to use information you provide to personalize the information we deliver to you and to use your demographic information when calculating aggregate customer data. As a registered member, you will give GBC and our agent’s permission to send you e-mails related to the membership agreement.

All non-public materials contained in or provided by or on behalf of GBC or its members are exclusively owned and copyrighted by GBC. This copyrighted information includes, but is not limited to, original documents, letters, reports, summaries, analyses, electronic communication, presentations, and any other information, products or materials prepared by or on behalf of GBC.
